The meaning is a precise and well-defined concept of balance or
"patterned self-similarity" that can be demonstrated or proved according
to the rules of a formal system: by geometry, through physics or otherwise.

There are many different places to find symmetry - the first is natural symmetry:
"Natural Symmetry". Sometimes it's good to review a simple
principle concept in composition just to keep our eyes trained.
Symmetry is just one of those that can help you achieve a sense of
balance in your images. This time I want you to look for natural, not
man-made symmetry. So no bridges or buildings, etc. as your main
subject. Look beyond the obvious; you might be surprised.
